Thursday Chicago/Miami Preview

Hey GodHatesLosers fans,

My apologies for the lack of posts this week, its been a busy one as I’ve been writing more articles, and spending less time answering questions. But fear not, I will get those started right after this post.

Tonight the Bears face the Dolphins for a Thursday night showdown, and I’m pretty sure this one will disappoint. The Bears have been unpredictable all year and make the mistakes of a 4-4 Pop Warner team. The Dolphins have had their chances, but are likely playing without Jake Long, and will be starting 3rd stringer Tyler Thigpen. Things are not looking up.

Ronnie Brown and Ricky Williams will have to carry this team, which will be no easy task against the Bears second ranked run defense. And with the Bears giving up 220 per game through the air, the Dolphins receivers have their week cut out for them. The Dolphins D giving up 110 on the ground per game, making Forte a good play. Their pass defense has been pretty stingy this year, and I expect their 23 sacks to be added to.

Start’em: Matt Forte, Jay Cutler, Johnny Knox, Brandon Marshall, Bears Defense, Dolphins Defense

Iffy: Ronnie Brown, Ricky Williams, Tyler Thigpen, Anthony Fasano, Greg Olsen

Sit’em: Devin Hester, Davone Bess

Sleeper: Brian Hartline

I’ve got Chicago coming out on top of this one. Miami has suffered too many injuries, and the Bears defense takes over the game, and Cutler, with spirits high, has one of his best weeks this season.

While I get to work on answering these questions and drafting my positional rankings. Please return a little bit of the favor and check out some of the articles that I have had published in the past few days on BleacherReport. I promise, its worth your time. If you like it, share it with others and please comment. Thanks all. Good luck this week.

Yikes, almost gametime! One open slot. Brandon Marshall and the questionable offensive line and 3rd string QB, OR the questionable Danny Woodhead?
